For this event IARC is supporting the West Australian Junior Off-Road Development Squad (WAJORDS)
This year’s event is being run as a fundraiser for the West Australian Junior Off-Road Development Squad, better known as WAJORDS. The program kicked off in February 2010 as a new initiative to develop young West Australian junior riders to an elite standard, so that they can be highly competitive at future National and International Enduro events. Check out the “About WAJORDS” page for more details. |

The WAJORDS program is professionally run and relies on funding from motorcycle sport and industry to be successful. Apart from our normal community donation, all proceeds from the 2010 Ironstone Dirt Bike Rally will go towards the cost of running the WAJORDS program. Thanks for helping us to support the future of off-road motorcycle sport in WA!
About the 2010 Ironstone Dirt Bike Rally
The Ironstone Dirt Bike Rally is a non-competitive trail riding event, sanctioned by Motorcycling WA and approved by the Department of Conservation (DEC). The event runs over two approximately 65km loops of pre-marked course through the state forest and pine plantations in the Capel – Jarrahwood area of South West WA. The Ironstone Dirt Bike Rally uses a combination of technical single track trails, 4WD tracks, and flowing pine firebreaks in a mixture of main trails for riders of all abilities and challenging ‘Enduro’ sections and ‘Special Tests’ for experienced riders.
The Ironstone Dirt Bike Rally will start and finish halfway between Capel and Donnybrook, and will run all day from 9am when the first riders start until approx 4:00pm.
Riders can ride the 65km loop in the morning and the afternoon, or just ride the morning loop if you want an easier day. The loops are slightly shorter than last year, which will give more time for riders who want to do more than one loop. You can also ride the special test at the start-finish as many times as they like.
The Ironstone Dirt Bike Rally will be another professionally organised event to remember!
ENTRIES WILL BE LIMITED WITH PREFERENCE TO ONLINE PRE-ENTRIES, SO HEAD TO THE ‘ENTER THE EVENT’ PAGE AND GET IN EARLY!
